meet with a recruiter for the Army National Guard
take a physical, background check, and discuss benefits
take an army physical fitness test: 2 minutes of pushups, 2 minutes of situps, and a timed 2 mile run
fill out a questionnaire and medical history
choose an army job (aka MOS) that interests you (combat medic, military police, finance, cyber, etc.)
take an oath swearing into the army
Learn military discipline and codes of conduct

All you have to do is go to a recruiting station and tell them you would like to enlist. After that they will literally do everything for you and tell you everything to say,
