I applied through a recruiter for the Armia Systems Sri Lanka branch. I had 4 interview rounds. This process took more than 2 weeks to complete the interviews. They took 3 weeks of time to send the feedback. But still, I didn't get any offer letter. Seems like their communication & work flow is very slow.
