The one-way interview was an absolutely horrible experience. This is no way to get to know your candidates. The program used was glitchy and the whole experience left a corporate-overlord, emotionless taste in my mouth. I hope to never ever encounter an experience like this again. I understand they might not be able to speak to every candidate but at least a 10-15 minute phone screening would have been nice. Not sure I would even like to work for a company who thinks it's a good idea to watch videos of their candidates instead of actually talking to them. Embarrassing, do better.
