Applied online through the website. Got an email to perform an interview. The interview or prescreening was done via hirevue prompt questions, with recorded responses. A variety of questions that there was brief time to prepare for before the recording began.
The interview process lasted for a month long. It starts with initial online assessment and video recording interviews. The waiting period in between is quite long. As I didn't hear from Arla for 3 weeks before moving to next step. I chose to move on with another company's interviewing process.
There are three rounds of tests before the assessment center: personality test, logic test, and a recording video interview which has about 6 to 7 different questions, with 30 seconds to prepare before the recording. You will receive the result in 2 weeks.
