Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield interview questions

Behavioral interview, very experience-focused, “Tell me about a time when…”. Challenging. I applied over and over before I was finally selected to interview. Although asked, I never received feedback on why my previous applications were rejected so quickly.

The interview was primarily behavioral (around 80%, using the S.T.A.R. format), with a few technical questions mixed in. It wrapped up fairly quickly—under 30 minutes—so it’s important to stay engaged, ask thoughtful questions, and show genuine interest throughout.
