The interview process at PSIog consisted of four rounds. The third round, which was supposed to be a general HR round, unexpectedly included multiple technical questions. In the final stage, selection seemed slightly biased as only girls were hired, despite performance. Overall, the process felt unpredictable and not fully transparent.

The interviews process was really bad and pathetic and interviewer was really anoying and asking weird questions from end to end won’t attend this type of interview again really bad experience
It was smooth and interactive. Overall fine and inclusive. I liked how he indulged me into the company while explaining stuff. Over all a very good experience it was. I thank him for the opportunity and the way he took my interview.
