Applied for position online. Applications were reviewed by immediate supervisor for best qualified candidates; candidates were pre-screen and/or interviewed via telephone call with two center staff member one of which was the immediate supervisor for the position and the other the center director. After the best candidates were identified from the phone screening, in person interviews were scheduled with co-worker and supervisor. There were approximately 10 questions presented. Candidate had opportunity to answer questions and to also ask questions; next process was to be called back for a 2nd interview with the center director; Center director asked question regarding background experience and reason for wanted toworkat ASU and in specific center.
