Basic situational questions were asked. Calm environment, very comfortable. It was a one on one interview with a manager. They kept the interview friendly and not intimidating. The questions were similar to most customer service position questions. They want to know how well you work with others and if you’re overall personable.

Online interview. they asked question about my experience in the field. How do I handle pressure, and handle private documents. They were very friendly, and the interview is easy. Also, they asked about past projects, if I had worked with a team, and how did I handle pressure there.
