Phone interview, followed by an in-person group interview stage. Consisted of a panel of former and current professional and student staff members. Each would take turns asking the interviewee a question from the question bank and then would record the responses on a scale of 1-10 (10 being most favorable)

Interview
Phone round asked availability, class schedule and if willing to travel for job if also location is different. Experience in front desk or customer service. Knoweldge of critical thinking, process was easy and the hiring manager was very professional and made the interview comfortable.
