Interview process had 3 steps; initial screening, first round interviews, and 2nd round interviews with the higher ups. Everyone was friendly and you could get a good view of the culture, which is genuine
Great interview process, felt that the Interviewers really cared to hear about my answers and that they were willing to give someone with a hard work ethic a chance. A very pleasant experience.
