      Design Engineer Interview

      2 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Lagos
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Ariosh (Lagos)

      Interview

4 interview stages. First is the technical and aptitude test, followed by the technical interview. The technical interview is conducted by a team of engineers who test you in a particular discipline, e.g electrical/electronics engineering. Then comes the HR interview where you are tested whether you would fit into the system, and where. They ask you questions mostly about your past, future, motivations, interests, and the usual interview questions. no questions about salary, if you're entry level or NYSC as we call it in Nigeria. ITS FIXED. The final stage, but by no means less important is the Management team interview. may not be a team interview though. Maybe a senior manager or someone in that range. He asks you real personal questions and decides whether you get in or not, based on the recommendations and scores from the previous stages.
