Interview
Got a call nearly a month after I applied online for the vacancy to come in for an interview. I had a one to one interview with all the basic interview questions and a few customer service based questions with the manager of another store. They seem to be looking for people who can work evening shifts during the week.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group assessment to begin with about stakeholders then based on that assessment you get an interview, 5 minutes after. Interview was basic questions such as prior experiences, worked in a team before
Smooth interview process, single round following application.
