I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Argos (Lincoln, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
1 on 1 interview, very basic questions then offered a job at the end of the interview. Returned next day for a group 'induction' which was simply filling out forms then a quick tour of the store and stock room. Returned to store a few days later for a shift which was only told the start time of and given everyone else's start times was only expecting to work for one hour, ended up working for about 5 hours which was good as given a lot of time to learn the basics with constant assistance.
