Very professional and productive, the procedure is clear, it usually has a large pool and 3-5 candidates will be interviewed yet each would need a separate evaluation from the committee
It was 15, 30 min interviews spread over the day. A seminar talk that was given for all of the department with questions after. Dinner with the PI after the day ended.
