Interview
The HR management kept me up to date with emails indicating I was still on the run, which made the process a lot more humane than any other private institution, including private companies, that I have interviewed with. It was a group interview on the phone, their Safety team and me, it was laid back but professional. I could sense there is a good working environment among them.

Interview
I talked about my previous roles and they talked about their role at Argonne. There were no questions that stumped me, it was really just a conversation about technologies as I would pull in stories about something I worked on before, making sure it was relevant to what they were looking for. The lead developer and I had a good repore when the interview concluded.
