I interviewed with an internal recruiter by phone, then a group interview at Argonne. The group hadn’t even looked at my CV or portfolio before the interview. Two weeks after the interview, the Sr. HR person emailed and offered me the position. However she meant to email someone else (with my name) about a different position, so it was a letdown. Then I was ghosted and never found out about my status. Classy bunch.
