Easy interview process. Met the HR then the creative director. Did not think they were interested but received offer after 2 interviews. Argento SC does plenty of interviews as their designer turnover rate is high.

I applied to a job posting online. They contacted me said they liked my portfolio and asked me to go to their office for the first interview. I didn't get to the interview with them because they are unwilling to do a phone interview or video call interview.
