Interview
This was a first round interview for the equity position at Ares. I received a first round interview after submitting my resume. The first round was only 30 minutes long and was conducted over zoom.

Question 1
Contained a mixture of behavioral and technical. Soft technical questions involved questions like where would you invest in, what asset class, what would you invest in that is not real estate, etc.
3 interviews one technical and two behavioral each about 20 minutes each. Very nice people and enjoyed the process. Would recommend to anyone interested in real estate equity. Had option to rank preferred work locations.
