I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ares Direct (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2018

Interview

3 different interviews. Met with the CEO twice and another employee in between those times. They moved the location of the office soon as I got the job from San Jose to Pleasanton. At the end of the second interview there is a quiz.
