2 = Interview with PM/supervisor -> general soft skill and minor technical
3 = Interview with Panel (technical lead, developer/PM, intern) --> technical interview
Then a followup with the recruitment manager.

1 interview was taken. They were very friendly and were interested in hearing about projects. The interview was taken by 2 employers. The session was broken down into two parts, first was the behaviour questions and then I was asked a few technical questions that were not too difficult
