Interview
I applied online through my Universities job postings. I interviewed in person at the Surrey office with the Director of Project Services. Interview was mostly regarding my previous relevant work experience, as well as how my career goals matched the company and position. Very few difficult questions, more a discussion than an interview.

Interview
I made contact with a recruiter at Randstad. He did a brief interview with me by phone, and booked a face-to-face interview at Arctic Arrow. The interview was based in describing my experience and answering some technical questions. The interview had three-page questionnaire and he was well prepared for the interview.
