Interview
Very simple and efficient. Applied through an online application and had a single phone interview a month or so later. It was definitely beneficial that I applied early (beginning of fall) and kept in touch throughout the process.

What do you feel that's unique that you bring to the table?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arconic in Mar 2020
Interview
Had a short phone call with an engineer asking all behavioral questions. At the end he said I would be moving on to a on-site interview. I'm waiting to hear back from HR about scheduling it.
