Pretty standard phone screen. Meeting with branch GM, then main office goes over your resume and gives you thumbs up or down. If you pass that you take personality test at the place that you will be working.
Please keep in mind that the position is not a traditional event coordinator position. It is a vendor inside a larger retailor. Like a Walmart or Sams club. This is vendor sales in a larger retail org. I have done that previously. Expect to work weekends, expect to work nights. They were clear about this in the interview, but not on the job description.

Very quick in the set-up and execution of interview date. People in the office seemed nice and welcoming. Easy place to find. Questions seemed logical and useful for identifying a good fit or not.
