I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis in Apr 2011
Interview
I had a couple of phone interviews, then they had me over for an on-site interview.
Best interview experience I have had during this job search. They were interested in actually hiring someone, and they hadn't already picked a candidate (like my two previous interviews). I was impressed with the company and the happiness of the employees. They did not ask me any silly technical questions, they just tried to see if I would be a good match for the office.

Question 1
How would you reconcile competing deadlines or expectations by two different managers?
Standard but not inspiring, was asked the same questions over and over again. Interviewers did not seem to be very passionate about their jobs. Process seemed to be too overhead/HR driven

Question 1
Describe challenges you have experienced in the field
There was an initial 30 min interview with the recruiter, then a final hour long group interview with four people for an entry level position as a geologist / environmental scientist.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I sent my resume online directly through their site. A week after, I was notified through email for a phone interview. I talked to a recruiter who asked a various general questions about my resume. And after another week was notified my application not going further.
