Easy interview with one interviewer at the Arcadia office in Davis. Very basic interview questions and some technical questions regarding lab skills. Included "tell me about a challenge you faced and how you overcame that challenge." Very friendly interviewer but was unfortunately not offered a position.

Basic interview questions and friendly. A lot of people interviewing and came across as whether they liked you rather than where you qualified for the job. Not saying this is good or bad, just an observation.
