I was headhunted for the UX Designer position and invited for an informal yet strategic discussion with the managing director and the headhunter, who also acted as a mediator. The meeting felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview, which helped create a comfortable environment.
The focus was primarily on my design strategy, particularly how I approach aligning business objectives with user needs, especially for complex, data-heavy interfaces. It was clear they value designers who can balance usability with business impact. Overall, it was an insightful and engaging process that respected the designer’s role in solving both user and organizational challenges.
