We are sorry that you didn't have a good experience with your interview. Our interview process starts with an initial interview. We ask that people in our consulting practice participate in this part of the process. Occasionally, they are new to this stage and are nervous but they have received training. They can definitely talk about their experience at the company - so we find that usually benefits the candidate. I am sorry it did not help in this case.
