A recruiting agency that Arborwell contracts with, called me and the representative was very nice. We met in person after an initial phone screening and an interview with Arborwell was eventually scheduled. The day of the interview I really thought I had the job. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I was there at the interview for 3+ hours and met with 3 different interviewers, after which I was walked around the entire office and was introduced to everyone there. I was shown the break rooms, kitchen and restrooms. The lead sales coordinator's last words were "You will be hearing from us very soon!" The only contact I had after that was an emailed invitation to take an online personality index test. After not hearing from Arborwell for over a week, I later found out that they hired a reference from a current employee. Talk about a huge waste of my time. **Word of advice to Arborwell** Check around your office 1st to see if any of your employees family/friends are looking for a job, AFTER & IF no response from within your organization THEN seek out to the general public so you don't waste other people's precious time.
