Very nice people who kept me informed during the process. If you prepare for the interview then you will be successful. A lot of people with a wealth of experience that you can learn from.
Industry norm. Took 3 months back and forth with several different managers. Ask same questions with different wording almost to see if you were trying to mislead them. Just be energetic and verbalize your brag book.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the pharmaceutical industry now?
I applied online. I interviewed at Arbor Pharmaceuticals
Interview
Applied online. There was an initial phone screen and then a face to face interview at a different location. From there if you receive an offer they shoot you an email with the position details.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Arbor Pharmaceuticals (Detroit, MI) in Jan 2018
Interview
Started with a recruiter. She went over basic sales questions and behavioral interview questions.
In person interview with District Sales Manager. This was my hiring manager. I also had a professional territory manager that sat in. From my understanding that is not always common. She asked numbers driven, performance based interview questions based on previous sales experience. They’re looking for motivated, driven, hard working people who are willing close on action. Also opened the floor for questions about the company and the role. Was very transparent and honest. Also made it personal to make sure her and I meshed well. Lasted roughly 3 hours. Was at a hotel.
Next interview was with the Area Sales Manager. It was a Skype interview, that lasted roughly an hour and a half. It was pretty informal and she used the time to really get to know me and what motivates me. Sold the company back to me and made sure I knew how great of a fit it would be. She was also very transparent. Gave me the opportunity to ask questions. After talking with peers this step for some was in person depending on your geographical location.
Two business days later I received a call from the hiring manager to offer me the position.
