I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aramark (West Chester, PA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Interview process will be fairly easy if you have work experience. They ask you very general interview questions and try to sump you with a harder one. But it's about 5 general question. Two may be personal and the others situational.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If there was a problem with the register and you had a long line and there was no management around what would you do?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aramark (Sunnyslope, AZ) in Feb 2016
Interview
Phone call. Hired on the spot, sight unseen. Said it was very remote in the middle of nowhere. I said no problem but what wasn't told to me is my phone won't work, there is no TV, no Radio and services were 2 hours away, nor was I told (being a blonde) that I would be working for a 30 year old black arrogant woman who displayed a racist attitude, that I would be worked to death on 3 bedrooms trailers stripping beds, cleaning the kitchen and my Cashier duties would be once a day, one or two transactions.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview was held at an on campus site. It seems to be more like a career fair setting were the interviewer sat down to review my application to see my past work experience and educational background. Could have been more information on rate of pay and job requirements.
