Early stages of the interview process were fantastic - communicative, friendly, set expectations very well. Process is a thorough one - you will learn a lot about the company and will need to participate actively. Late-stage interview was a weird experience. Was asked a lot of negative, leading questions (ie., tell me a time when you had trouble with a coworker). When offering examples of success in turning tough situations into a positive ones, was redirected back to negative, "failure" experiences. Got the impression that interviewer was intentionally seeking information to confirm a belief. Experience mirrored stories I've heard about biased interviewing techniques.
