Very rushed. They were short staffed and needed to fill a position so that staff wasn't overwhelmed. Interview was placed over the phone in less than a week of my application submitted.
I was quick to provide all the information requested, and the manager was very accommodating to get me hired.

I was asked about my work experience. After all the questions I was told I would be responsible for 12 counties and on call every other week. As far as pay was concerned I was told that California set the rate and it was a"take it or leave it"propisition. Really glad I didn't get a job offer!

Interview
Interview was average one on one mostly hypothetical situational questions. They also wanted to know how well you can perform under pressure. I also had to describe myself and my values. They wanted to know if I could drive a box truck and would I be willing to get a Commercial drivers license so that I would be able to deliver liquid oxygen. They also asked a ton of character trait questions to make sure I wasn't a thief.
