Interview
The first technical interview was on site with single developer who asked 3 programming questions. The interviewer was more interested in the solution not in the programming, he required to write a small portions of the solution on a whiteboard or paper. Mostly he was interested in the algorithm.
The second interview was with a group lead. It was more on system design & handling distributed/large scale problems. I actually really enjoyed that interview.
After this there is also an interview with VP R&D and another one with CTO.
