Interview
I interviewed with HR great interviews then was set up to meet with hiring manager. HR called me back prior to the interview to request that I take a clerical test to access my knowledge of the insurance industry. I have over 30 years of Management insurance in the insurance Industry have held VP to Manager type positions and am a licensed insurance agent I respectfully declined the interview and asked that my name be removed from consideration. You don’t get that far in your career if you don’t know basic operational skills in an insurance company I found it insulting. You could tell the HR person was embarrassed so it was definitely the hiring manager requesting the ridiculous testing.

Process lasted approximately two weeks. It was pretty much a quick experience. First was the brief phone interview that scheduled a face-to-face interview about a week later. The interview was basically a 30 min session that involved taking an IQ test.
