Applebee's Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I recently interviewed for a Customer Representative position at Applebee's, and the experience was overall positive and straightforward. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming. The questions were a mix of behavioral and situational ones, aimed at understanding my customer service skills and how I would handle various scenarios.

Group interview, lots of questions want to see how you feel interact. Was fun had a good time. Made some friends. Employees were friendly and easy to talk with didn’t make it feel like a corporate event
