Interview
It was a pretty basic interview. I interviewed first with the bar manager. After that interview was completed I sat down with the store manager. Both were very nice. The questions were pretty straight forward. Nothing really caught me off guard. However, I was not offered a position. Best of luck to everyone interviewing!

What is your experience working in the restaurant business?
Unorganized they scheduled an interview but don’t have you come in for the interview. I waited almost and hour after my scheduled time in order to be seen and it just wasn’t a great experience

Interview
Asked me about my previous work experience and asked a couple of drink recipes. In general was fairly simple and questions were easy to answer if you have experience behind the bar.
Three rounds of interviews for this place? It’s kind of ridiculous to have that many interviews for any bartender job, let alone this one. Easy, but a total waste of time.
