I interviewed with was friendly and not intimidating. Be prepared to explain relevant experience and provide examples of your key wins. Overall, thought it was fairly easy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle conflicts between key team members
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Applebee's (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2010
Interview
Very smooth and went quick. 5 Days in process. They communicated with me with a phone interview first then a face to face 2 days later. Had testing on day 3 and background as well. They were very clear with me on all communication and respectful of my time. They laid out all cards and were transparent with me on what to expect. Training was better than average as they checked in with me regularly and challenged me to learn and teach at the same time. It was a good experience because they spend time with you and literally have a system for everything!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Applebee's (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
After the application I got a 2nd email to set up a phone interview. After the first interview they gave you speak with someone else if they are interested. If you move on from 2nd you apply online & then meet in person.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applebee's
Interview
I had a phone interview with the area director. Then I met the Area Director and another area director for a face to face interview one morning and following that I "worked through lunch" to observe. Then the third interview was with the Area Director and his boss.

Question 1
What do you want to be when you grow up? (I'm a professional, I've been working for over a decade and I hold a Masters Degree - this question was insulting)
