Interview
I applied during the grand opening of a new location. After dropping off my application and resume, I got a call one week later to come in for an interview. Before being asked any questions, you are required to fill out a personality test with behavioral questions. The test is pretty lengthy but you are encouraged not to spend more than 15-20 minutes completing the assessment. The interview is very basic. I answered a few questions about my work experience. Others questions related to how I was able to handle conflicts at work and perform in a team setting. I was offered the position when the interview concluded and I accepted.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to deal with an unhappy guest. How did you handle the situation?
I walked in to inquire about open positions. They had me fill out an application online. After completing the online application I had 3 separate interviews. The first 2 were with 2 assistant managers and the final one was with the Manager. I was offered the position at the end of the last interview. The entire process was about 3 hours long.
real and fun that had to do with talking about past experiences and that was all. Also a few other things like memorizing the menu and getting familiar with spots in the restaurant.

Interview
I applied online and was invited to interview. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me online as well. The interviewer was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. A great experience overall.
