I applied online and received an email from a recruiter that night. We scheduled a phone interview for the following week and it was wonderful. The recruiter was interested in what types of tasks I enjoyed and disliked at my previous jobs and spoke about future goals as well. She was thorough and answered all of my questions. She was quick to respond to let me know they wanted to move me to the next round. The next day I spoke with the hiring manager for 30 minutes and we spoke in depth about his expectations, the position, and he too asked about my goals and likes/dislikes in previous positions. We scheduled an in-person interview for a few days later and I met individually with 5 different employees. I got to ask a variety of questions and learn about the company and position from various points of view. I then had to do a Microsoft Office assessment.
