I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Appia Communications in Mar 2016
Interview
Tech recruiter set up a call with the President. Seemed like a nice enough guy, but the interview style was a bit unorganized. He wanted to move chronologically through my resume, which is fine, but he asked me when I graduated high school. The employer probably isn't familiar with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). After a few more minutes of random questioning, I was told that I would not be a good fit for this position. I had already decided a few minutes into the interview that I didn't want to work at Appia Communications, so I was somewhat relieved. Other than the company's website, there's not a lot of information (positive reviews) on this company. Seems sort of shady and fly-by-night if you ask me.
