Applied online. Jobvite status showed in progress for atleast few weeks before I got an email from recruiter. Recruiter scheduled phone interview. Interviewer was TPM too (Peer). Basic questions asked.. mainly behavioral. Also asked some basics of computer Science. I answered all the questions fairly well and was confident that will proceed to the next round. Closing sentence by interviewer was ' You will be a great fit at Appdirect'. Next day morning 8am received standard rejection email. Not sure of the process they follow. Not really impressed.
