They have multiple postings with different titles, but it's all the same thing. In the first interview, they basically checked to see if you were interested in the position. Everyone starts off in sales, and after the first two weeks of training at $800/week, it goes to full commission at 30% of sales and you're paid weekly. They only sell one product. They were very honest about the job description during the interview.
