I applied online. I interviewed at Apex Learning in Apr 2021
Interview
The online submission is long and tedious. In my opinion, they require too much information up front.
I had a phone screen with a recruiter and was contacted about a week later to set up a 2 hour call (45min with hiring manager, 15min break, 1 hour with a panel). The longer call seemed to go very well. At the conclusion of that call, I was told the recruiter would reach out to ask about references.
Almost 4 weeks later and no one has reached out. The recruiter also has stopped responding to emails. Incredibly unprofessional to be fully ghosted after a final round interview.

Interview
I went through 3 phone interviews, being told along the way that they were in a hurry to hire. All three interviews went well, but then I just waited. And waited. And waited. 2 weeks later I emailed to check in with the recruiter, who told me they were still finalizing some things. One month later, I got an auto email, the same one that anyone who applied for the job would have gotten, saying they went with someone else. It was quite off putting.

Interview
Easy interview with the whole team to get a feel of team dynamics. Questions mostly focus on your phone skills and your ability to organize and prioritize tasks. It is a casual conversation more than anything else.
