Old fashion one on one conversation about your experience as it relates to the job. Afterwards they explain what is expected of you. No drug test. Need references, dont think they really check though. Background checks are done. Go back 5 years.

Initial informal phone interview asking about previous experience and motivation for applying to the job, followed by a face-face interview at their office in Watlington. Was required to deliver a presentation as part of the face to face interview on a topic that had been sent to me prior to the interview.
