Interview was attained through a friend. At the time company had no HR department and I met with the owner who asked me questions about my experiences, education, background and interests. He had no pre-conceived job position, but after the questions both general and specific he believed I could be a good fit in the company. After I spoke with him I had follow-up interviews with a couple of Department Heads and they must take their lead from him as the interviews were all very similar.
