The whole process is very long. After doing AO, there will be a long time to wait. I cannot get any suggestions and updates. So, I cannot make sure where I should do better.
Easy and very thorough. Only one set of interviews with manger after a video interview online. Got offered day after interview. Depending on the managers they were mostly nice and personable.

After initial CV screening followed by an online competency and behavioural test I was invited to complete a self-recorded HireView interview where I was asked 6 questions regarding myself and the firm.
