The process included 7 questions and answers, online. 2 mins to prepare but can re record answers. Questions ranged from a variety of situation "Give an example when..." to questions more specific to the role such as what attracts me to the company itself.

Online video interview, around 7 questions long. The interview itself is okay due to the opportunity to record answers twice, which can relax the applicant. The questions are "tell me a time when.." questions and they give you a rough structure to follow.

Interview
Online test, video recorded interview where you had about a minute to prepare your answers then a full day assessment center in the London Offices. Assessment center included a debating session, group exercise an interview with current employees. Questions were quite hard including an IQ question and general questions about insurance.
