Interview
Very simple. I had a screening interview with HR, I met with the hiring manager and the other team members. I did a short case interview, which I think could have been more robust. I think they should have screened better for culture. I had an offer after about a week, and I was unable to negotiate on salary.
It was a bit strange. The interview was in the breakout area next to people playing ping pong. Apparently, it was not a proper interview but more a casual meet-up and then after I would still need to do 2x interviews and maybe assessment.
They asked me a couple average questions about scenarios, also what I would do in certain situations. There were 2 interviews one in a group setting and one in an individual setting.
Rounds were okay questions were asked mostly on power bi and data bricks overall interview was good and bit tricky questions were been asked .
