I applied for the job of personal trainer. I received a phone screening that went well. I live right by the gym I was applying for so I knocked on their door to introduce myself and let them know. I applied to extend my interest in the position. I was not called in for a one on one interview and was not selected.

It was very easy. There were three interviews conducted: there was one phone interview, then one zoom interview, and then finally, one in person interview where you meet the staff.
