The recruiter called me a few times around 7-8PM for a phone screen and scheduling. I arrived to a face to face interview with the hiring manager and told she was "busy", after waiting a while, they apologized and said she will not be able to interview me since she is in a meeting that was running long. Fortunately, the COO could meet me instead. I had to wait for over 20 minutes for him to come see me, and I was already about to leave. When he came to meet me, he did not have my CV and worst, did not even know my name. He asked a couple of questions while texting on his cell, salary expectations and then someone just walked into the room (without even knocking) and told he is expected in another meeting. He told me they will be in touch and walked me to the door. I was so happy to leave and after a week I got a negative answer... If this is the way they treat their candidates and employees, I wouldn't want to ever work there.
